Devine’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is a family-run small business focused on producing miles of smiles. We’re committed to making clean-label treats that are free from artificial colors, flavors, gums, and fillers. You’ll never find more than four or five ingredients in our products. Many of our offerings are vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free.

Crafting Delicious Treats
At Devine’s, we focus on Italian Ice and Frozen Custard because they offer a unique and memorable frozen dessert experience that’s hard to find on the West Coast. Italian Ice is a light, refreshing treat that falls somewhere between Hawaiian shave ice and sorbet. Popular on the East Coast—especially in Philadelphia, where it’s known as water ice—this dairy-free dessert delivers bold flavor with a smooth texture. Our Frozen Custard, on the other hand, is a rich and creamy Midwestern classic known for its luxurious mouthfeel and airy consistency. While both of these desserts are regional favorites in other parts of the country, they remain relatively unknown in the Pacific Northwest. We’re on a mission to change that by introducing our clean-label versions—free of artificial ingredients, gums, and fillers—to a new audience craving high-quality, handcrafted frozen treats.
